In
addition to the council business meetings which are held twice a month, on
the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, at 8:00 pm; regular social activities including
Beer & Skittles, BBQs, etc, these occur throughout the year.
Monthly activities in which the Council members participate include Praying the Rosary, Mass, Religious Appreciation, monthly 200 club draw, etc. Annual activities have included Sponsored walks, Parish Fayres, Retreats, Memorial Mass, Christmas Dinner and Provincial Dinner.
Recent beneficiaries have been Clinicare and the Catholic Children’s Society, each receiving £900.
